STT HEATING VESSEL
For the desired application, heaters will be wound over the fabricated M.S/S.S vessel with 2” thermal insulation. This system is ideal for melting Gum, polymers, Asphalt, Bitumen, Tar,Varnish, Fats, Glucose, Wax, etc.

The Vessels have INLET and OUTLET. Drains Valves, Agitators are also mounted as per requirements of client. |

STT DRUM HEATER
This is a convenient and efficient mode to melt nitrotoluence and may other viscous and solidified materials such as Grease & heavy Oils, Phenol, Glucose, Wax, Varnish, Paints,
Fats, Tar, Bitumen Asphalt, etc.
STT Drum Heaters : They operate in the black heat temperature range and act as thermostatically controlled mobile ovens. Heater drum is uniformly heated avoiding risk of overheating of the contents and damaging heat sensitive materials. The DRUM HEATER is designed to provide maximum heat flux at the bottom. This enables faster and uniform
heating. Sectional heating can also be provided when partially filled drums are to be heated.
EXTERNAL SURFACE REMAINS AT LOW TEMPERATURE TO ENABLE SAFE HANDLING OF THE HEATER EVEN WITH BARE HANDS. THERE ARE NO HOT SPOTS.

STT Drum Heater consists of a cylindrical metal/ PVC cover carrying flexible heating elements. A 2” thick thermal non-conductive material of glass wool provides insulation and the metal/ PVC casing makes for a rugged unit that can be wrapped snugly around the drum. In addition to the simplicity and safety associated with surface heating. STT
offers all the advantages of electric heating such as cleanliness, easy control and operating efficiency. |

STT HEAT TRACER
Trace heating system for long pipelines.
STT Traces are multi-standard nichrome wire insulated with PTFE to give high temper-
ature rating and weather proofing braided with glass yarn for efficient heat transfer and
H type varnish coating. Ideally suited for fuel pipelines carrying Furnace/LSHS/Post Fcc Oils/Other Viscous Oils in process pipelines/ storage tanks.
STT electrical heat tracing is a process of applying heat to the external surface of tank/
pipe to maintain specific temperature of the contents.
Advantage of electric tracing over steam tracing
Cost : Electric tracing system is very much cheaper then steam tracing. Pipes, fittings & system used for steam generation not necessary for electric tracing. Hence saving factor of 40% to 50%.
Efficiency : Heat loss in electric tracing is negligible over steam tracing due to its high insulation.
Cost of Maintenance : Maintenance cost of electric tracing is almost negligible since there is no corrosion, leakage & pollution when compared to steam tracing.
Installation : Electric tracing system can be installed very easily when compared to steam tracing. |

STT HEATING JACKETS
These are purely custom built to suit specific requirements. These heating jackets find applications in maintaining temperature in reactor vessels for easy flow of fluid while handling Road Tankers. Ice Prevention & Icing in Radar Reflectors, Aircraft propellers and Nose Cones.
These are easy to install at low cost. These can withstand exposure to high temperature and are compatible to common voltage. And, at the same time, cost less.
Heating jackets consist of an inner layer of glass cloth in which heating elements are stitched. This is provided with a 2” thick glass wool insulation and a final outer covering of PVC coated glass cloth. High flexibility of the jacket enables very good contact with the surface to be heated providing good heat transfer and high efficiency. Eyelets and laces arrangement on it enables quick and easy installation and dismantling. |
